Join us for this interactive training on how to Say Yes and No with Confidence and Ease. We believe that the foundation of confident communication is knowing and speaking from your values. In this training, participants will:
• Identify some areas at work where communications could be clearer
• Release blocking emotions (like fear, anger, and guilt) that might get in the way of effective communication
• Learn and practice an easy and powerful communication strategy
• Create a mini-action plan to put your learning to work immediately
