Women's Wellness Week is a series of donation-based wellness classes at Starlight Square in Central Square, Cambridge to benefit local non-profits and highlight efforts during Domestic Violence Awareness Month.


On Saturday 10/24, choose from a series of classes meant to build community, get your heart rate up, and share techniques for quieting your mind.


> TUESDAY, OCTOBER 20:


5:00-7:00 PM – Zumba with Amanda Pollard and After Class Wine-Down


Amanda has taught Zumba for 8+ years and currently teaches at Everfitness. This class will take place outdoors inside the Starlight stage, which you can enter off Norfolk Street. Please dress in layers appropriate for the weather, bring a water bottle, and arrive 15 minutes early for class.


After Zumba, stay for a socially-distanced mixer with new friends and old.


> FRIDAY, OCTOBER 23:


1:00-2:00 PM – All Levels Yoga + Mudras/ Meditation with Belinda Augustin


Join us for a mid-day yoga and meditation practice outside in fresh air with B. from Power On Yoga. Bring a yoga mat and water.


> SATURDAY, OCTOBER 24:


9:00-10:00 AM – Yoga + Meditation


The day kicks off with vinyasa yoga led by Abbie Cohen, followed by a meditation led by Zola Stephanie.


10:30-11:15 AM – Dance Hall + Soca with MS.5678


Join Chanel Ms.5678 for 45 minutes of a dancehall and Soca workout made up of Caribbean grooves in a fitness format. Bring your flagsπŸ‡¦πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§πŸ‡§πŸ‡―πŸ‡²πŸ³οΈβ€πŸŒˆπŸ‡¨πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡©πŸ‡²πŸ‡­πŸ‡ΉπŸ‡ΉπŸ‡ΉπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡²πŸ‡΅πŸ‡·πŸ‡¬πŸ‡ΈπŸ‡¬πŸ‡Ύ, water, and yoga mat for our warm-up, so we can represent the fabric of culture!


11:30 AM-12:15 PM – Restorative Yoga with Marlene Boyette


Suitable for all levels, this gentle and Restorative yoga class led by Marlene Boyette invites participants to connect with the breath, in an attempt to release tension from their heart, mind and body.
