Join Leah Thiffault (RYT-500) for 60 minutes of yoga focused on stretch, strength, and calm. This vinyasa flow class will challenge (you'll get sweaty), but always ends with relaxed, restorative poses so you leave class refreshed and ready for a strong finish to the work week.


Appropriate for all levels.


If you're new to The Breathing Room, take advantage of the Explorer Pass: $25 for one week of unlimited yoga. Mats are always free to borrow. Simply show up a few minutes before class begins to sign up and set up.
