Tuscan Kitchen is getting into the spirit of a traditional Italian Christmas celebration by serving up a specialty Feast of the Seven Fishes menu on December 24. Available at their Massachusetts (Burlington & Seaport District) and New Hampshire (Portsmouth & Salem) locations, vice president of culinary Joe Brenner – alongside his team of chefs – has designed a five-course menu that features a collection of the freshest treasures from the sea.
Inspired by the holiday custom in Southern Italy, where the feast is known simply as The Vigil (La Vigilia), Tuscan Kitchen’s rendition of this time-honored tradition will be presented as follows:
