Top of the Hub will welcome guests to a special four course, prix-fixe Christmas Eve Menu on Monday, December 24, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Top of the Hub offers spectacular, floor-to-ceiling views from its location on the 52nd floor of The Prudential Tower high above Boston's historic Back Bay.
The four-course, holiday menu is priced at $85 per person ($45 for children under 12), exclusive of tax, beverage and gratuity. Advance credit card reservations are available by calling 617-536-1775 or visiting http://www.opentable.com.
Menu selections will include Stuffed Quail, Cedar Plank Salmon, Rosemary Caramelle Pasta, Chestnut & Apple Soup, Cocoa Crusted Prime Rib, Torchon of Foie Gras and Wild Boar Ragout, among others. Desserts will feature a Ginger & Brandy Chocolate Yule Log with Cranberry Coulis plus a decadent Mint White Chocolate Pomegranate Mousse with Eggnog Cream.
Adding to the festive atmosphere, live entertainment in the Lounge will be provided by The Marty Ballou Christmas Combo from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Note: The restaurant's traditional Lunch Menu will be served in the Dining Room from 11:30 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. on Christmas Eve.
