Celebrate midwinter with local fare! Enjoy delicious homemade stews made from Drumlin Farm-raised meats and veggies, accompanied by hearty breads and a variety of beer from local breweries including Jack’s Abby, Rapscallion, and Saltbox Brewery. Enhance your meal's flavor as you learn about neighborhood brews and how they share our sustainable farming mission. Cheers!


We will be featuring Drumlin Farm-raised meat as well as vegetables from our root cellar (including an all-vegetarian stew). This is a perennial favorite at Drumlin Farm and space is limited, so please sign up early! Open to age 21 or older.

By learning more about our food - how it is grown, where it comes from, and how to prepare it - we increase our understanding of sustainability, stewardship, and the relationship between us, our food choices and the environment.
