SPRING WOMEN'S RETREAT

After a long winter in New England, let's come together and set intentions for the warmer seasons. A time to plant new seeds and watch them grow.

 

Join me on April 28th for a full day women's retreat in Falmouth, MA. We will focus the day on what we want to expand in our own life through yoga, meditation, group discussion, and energy work.

When we listen to our dreams and make intentional plans, new things fall into place and life becomes more joyful. Retreat is a time to practice in a safe and supportive community and explore your own needs and intuition, while feeling grounded and restored.
