It's the New Year, so what better way to start if off than by hopping on a bike, spinning for 45 minutes with an awesome instructor, hanging out with amazing women while sipping on bevs and snacks, maybe popping into the locker room for a soak in the hot tub, or indulging in a steam room or sauna session?
