Science is everywhere, and the kitchen table is no exception! Join us for a special theme for this year’s Grow Your Food IQ Weekend and discover the connections between food and science fiction. Meet authors and experts in nutrition, food science, and robotics. Learn how we might feed travelers on a starship, how robots are being used in kitchens today, and how the military has surprisingly shaped the way you eat. Have fun taking pictures with your favorite characters from other worlds, doing hands-on activities related to food robotics, and watching fun cooking demonstrations.

This event is free with Exhibit Halls admission.
