Connect with the natural world in a new way by slowing down, engaging all your senses, and immersing your body, heart, and mind in nature. We will not go fast or far.


We will explore the farm campus and the adjacent Whipple Hill nature preserve, experimenting with sensory invitations. We will end the event with group sharing and tea.


Please wear gear suitable for walks in nature, including shoes for wet conditions and a backpack to keep hands free, hydration, bug spray, sunscreen, etc.
