Postnatal Yoga

Postnatal yoga is a great way to get back in shape (hah), and to connect with other postpartum mamas! Led by certified yoga instructor, Rena Needle. Feeding, diaper changes, crying babies all welcome!

Yoga mats will be available, but feel free to bring your own and a blanket for your baby to lay on.

This event is hosted by Boston Birth Village - a local organization that supports parents in their prenatal, birth and postpartum journeys. We believe that everyone deserves support, and we're not meant to parent alone - rather as a village.
