Learn how to make various sushi forms and handrolls like a sushi chef!
James Beard Nominated Chef Tracy Chang has worked with acclaimed Japanese sushi chefs from o ya, 2008 New York Times' Best Restaurant in the U.S.
Our PAGU team will teach you the secrets to making traditional sushi rice, unique sauces you see in fine dining restaurants, and even how to torch!
