Back for our 6th time, Open Theatre Project presents SLAM Boston Diverse Voices in Theatre at Boston Playwrights' Theatre, December 11 & 12th at 8PM.
SLAM Boston Diverse Voices in Theatre (a trademark of Another Country Productions) is a ten-minute play competition modeled on a traditional poetry SLAM. The night is focused on fast-paced, diversity driven theatre bringing together 20+ local artists for two nights you won't want to miss.
>> THE DETAILS
7 Plays have been chosen to compete over 2 nights. The competition will be judged by a panel of 5 audience members / guest judges with PLENTY of influence from the audience. The final night, we will compare the overall scores and declare a winner! OTP has chosen to work with this amazing model for our 6th time because SLAM Boston model promotes a strong focus on diversity seeking plays and opportunities for artists of color, women & those from the LGTBQIA community. Now it's time to meet the teams!
