New Year Dance of Manifestation- A Journeydance experience! This year resolve to evolve into the most powerful and courageous version of yourself and dare to live the life you desire. In this 2 hour workshop you are invited to dance your heart out and connect with your heart's deepest longing. We’ll use breath, movement, ritual and our voices to decompose stress, trauma, anxiety and limitations into fertile ground to plant the seeds of our desires. This practice provides a catalytic container for your body and energy to become the rich soil for your intentions to grow. Be prepared to “breath, sweat, shake and let it go” of old stories of lack, limitation and struggles and move into expansion, miraculous manifestation and unlimited possibilities. You don’t need to be a “dancer” you only need to move the way YOU move. We will dance with intention, we will dance carefree, and we will dance with boldness and love. For your comfort, please wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing
