Celebrate mom in grand style this Mother’s Day by treating her to a grand brunch buffet on Sunday, May 12 at the iconic Fairmont Copley Plaza. The luxury hotel is hosting two seating options at 10:30am and 11:00am.


The buffet from Executive Chef Laurent Poulain will offer brunch options the whole family will love. Delicious selections like blueberry French toast, buttermilk fried chicken & waffles, seared local scallops, slow roasted prime rib, Maine Jonah crab salad, a New England cheese board and much more. Plus, a magnificent chocolate fountain will grace the room to dip treats such as strawberries, marshmallows, biscotti and lady fingers into the smooth cocoa.


In addition to the fountain, a dessert buffet will present indulgences like red velvet cake, mini eclairs, brownie heart pops (for mom!), fresh fruit tarts, assorted macaroons and more.
