Meritage Restaurant + Wine Bar welcomes wine lovers to a Terroir Master Class, led by Boston Harbor Hotel Wine Director Nicholas Daddona on Saturday, April 8. Boston Harbor Hotel is Boston’s most celebrated destination for fine dining and exceptional wine, featuring the unique vineyard-to-table Meritage Restaurant + Wine Bar. On Saturday, April 8, guests are invited to raise a glass for a special Terroir Master Class led by Boston Harbor Hotel Wine Director and Award-winning Sommelier Nicholas Daddona. Guests will enjoy a variety of wine samplings from the Grand Cru vineyards of France, Classified Bordeaux, and Napa Valley, with expert tasting notes on how the soil, climates, and landscapes of the regions effect each. Guests will taste eight hand-selected varieties of wine, including, Pinot Noir, Cabernet and Chardonnay, paired alongside a selection of cheeses. After the class, Boston Harbor Hotel Chef Daniel Bruce will serve up his special Tasting Menu with expert wine pairings.
Tickets are $225 per guest (for class & tasting) or $125 (class only) and are available through Eventbrite.
