A visit from prolific, inventive NYC guitarist Liz Hogg is the impetus for this night of avant-garde, guitar and RnB night. Wouldn’t be a Hassle Show if we didnt take you on a wild, genre-bucking ride through disparate underground music scenes would it?! So we begin with mysterious local techno figure exploring electronic noisescapes with his project Square Machine. From there we make a hard RIGHT!? turn, to be stunned by the unique blending of soul, pop and heavenly violin moves of Cleveland native Zxari. Our special guest Liz Hogg is up next with her thought-provoking compositions and most likely a guitar and other instruments slung over her shoulders. And we close out this evening with a glimpse into the future of Boston music with soon-to-be-huge RnB unit Nakedly. Wild, no?
