On October 11, Legal Sea Foods in Park Square will host a wine dinner with selections from Kosta Browne’s extensive portfolio of premium, intensely-flavored and balanced wines. A boutique Californian winery specializing in Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, co-founders Michael Browne and Dan Kosta started off with just a single barrel of Russian River Valley Pinot Noir in 1997 and have been producing quality wines now for two decades across five California appellations: Anderson Valley, Sonoma Coast, Russian River Valley, Sta Rita Hills and Santa Lucia Highlands. Kosta Browne's attention to detail and philosophy that every grape matters allows them to take risks and make such unique, great wines. Today, Kosta Browne makes 14 unique wines and produces approximately 25,000 cases each year.
Legal Sea Foods will team up with Kosta Browne’s co-founder Dan Kosta to host an exclusive four-plus-course dinner featuring signature cuisine paired with his selections from Kosta Browne wines. The menu will be presented as follows in Park Square’s 10,000 bottle wine cellar:
