Come join us Friday after work or school for a workout featuring dances from around the world! Dance basics will be taught through dances from many cultures, it's a fun and high-energy way to kick off your weekend and get some exercise after a long week! No experience or partners needed. Wear clean, soft-soled shoes and clothes easy to move in. Basic partner and circle dance forms will be taught focusing on footwork and formations.
