Healthy Kids Day is a celebration dedicated to teaching kids about the importance of healthy eating, nutrition and physical activity, mental and emotional well-being, and developing healthy habits…and that all starts with your family and the Y.

 

Join us at the North Suburban YMCA in Woburn to celebrate Healthy Kids Day! Fun events, games, activities, open swim, group exercise and youth class demonstrations, healthy snacks, contests and prizes, local vendors, and community partner booths, and so much more are all free and open to the community. Discover what your local Y has to offer.
