HIITDANCE will have you dancing, squatting, burpeeing, push-uping... You will move through several sets of HIIT intervals followed by cardio dance recovery intervals. When you're done you will walk out sparkling and ready to take on anything your crazy life decides to throw at you next.


All classes will be taught by Healthworks instructors.
