Whether you're a newb or an expert when it comes to this often under-appreciated spirit, the introduction to gin is the class for you. Our talented bartenders guide you through the history of gin, as well as the three major styles of gin. The class will trace the roots of gin from genever in Holland, to the gin craze during William of Orange's reign and the birth of Old Tom, to the juniper-forward style of London Dry, and the terroir-driven New American gins of today.


Class includes gin tasting, one G&T, snacks from the Our Fathers kitchen, and a killer knowledge of gin that you can use to impress your friends.
