Enjoy the elegant tastes from South of France in your home kitchen. In this online interactive class, we’ll learn how to make delicious yet simple dishes made famous in French bistros. We’ll make salad with goat cheese, scallops Coquilles Saint-Jacques, quiche, mushroom risotto, and cherry clafoutis. Let’s bring the flavors of France right to your kitchen this fall.
