Join Erin Gubert at SolBe Learning for a fun Family Yoga session!


Family Yoga is a playful class for parents and children to explore the practice of yoga together through movement, stretching, and connection with each other. We will work on asana (postures), breathing, and meditation techniques; as well as flexibility, partner work, games and more. We'll use props and stories and music to cultivate a joyful space together. Families will leave with knowledge of poses they can practice at home. This will be a family-style class: both parents and children (ages 3–10) will participate.


Mats provided unless you prefer to bring your own.
