As part of The Kirkland Tap & Trotter’s uber successful “Dinner With Tony” series (they always sell out!) – Tony is welcoming Seamus to his open kitchen. Seamus and Tony will bring the dishes to the table family style, speak with the guests, and share stories. This is an intimate, candid dinner with two seatings of 12.


Chef Seamus Mullen has just written his second book, Real Food Heals, and will be cooking some of his recipes from the new book. Seamus, chef of two of NYC’s most acclaimed restaurants, Tertulia and El Colmado, recently had to confront his own health, after a near-death experience brought on by an autoimmune disease he had struggled with for years. This battle changed the way he cooks and eats at his restaurants and at home, and Seamus now is sharing his new perspective on health, food, exercise and the ‘secret sauce’ for enjoying life in his new book, Real Food Heals.


“Seamus is an extraordinary chef and just a really great guy” shares Maws. “We can all learn something from his battle and his new outlook. We share many of the same passions, from food to biking to family and searching for balance. I am delighted to welcome him to my kitchen and cook with him. It’s going to be a blast and absolutely delicious.
