This multi-week course is the perfect add-on to homeschooling and remote learning.


This course investigates the fundamentals of both traditional and digital animation through a fine arts approach. Projects feature techniques in stop motion, pixelation, drawn under the camera, experimental and the digital world.


Participants are asked to have an iphone or ipad ready for this class with ample storage space and the ability to download simple free applications.


Seven class sessions will meet virtually on zoom and one session will meet on site at the sculpture park. Masks and social distancing will be required to enjoy deCordova as subject matter, inspiration and a place to safely celebrate and share created works.
