2018 is the time to bring the spirit back to work!


Cultural Fabric's underlying mission is to bring yoga/meditation & movement into our every day lives in service of creating inclusive community & work spaces.


The value of this connection through awakening our intuition is highlighted in the film, Inn Saei. We're deep into winter and there's no better activity than to snuggle up and watch a film with meaning...and snacks. Bring extra layers, a friend and any seating that will make you feel cozy (of course, regular chairs available).


Discussion following movie (film run time, 1 hr). Schedule - Arrival & Cocktails/Appetizers: 6pm, Movie: 6:30-7:30pm, Discussion/Community Hangout: 7:30-9pm
