Executive Chef Josue Louis and Head Sommelier Todd Lipman of Bistro du Midi present a Bertani Wine Dinner on February 21st with special guest Corey Bunnewith, Certified Specialist of Wine from Palm Bay International, a premium importer of wine and spirits.
Bistro du Midi invites guests to sip and savor the wines of Veneto, Italy at the grand Bertani Wine Dinner. Executive Chef Josue Louis will serve up a special five-course menu of traditional Provençal French cuisine, with each course expertly paired to a Bertani wine by Head Sommelier Todd Lipman.
Corey Bunnewith, a Certified Specialist of Wine from Palm Bay International, will also be at the dinner to share some of his knowledge of the wine varietals. Palm Bay International is one of North America’s premier names in fine wine and spirits, recognized as a go-to source for a carefully selected range of wines and spirits from around the globe.
