Green is the new black! Roxane Grioche has dedicated her journalist career to environmental issues. She has interviewed many actors of the sustainable world and she just published her first book on this topic. In her book you won’t find any judgement or miracle solutions however Roxane is giving inspiring examples of people who have decided to act. Those journeys are giving us hope and why not some ideas to start the year with a new perspective.
This author talk will be followed by a live Q&A, so come ready with your questions!

About Roxane Grioche
Born in Paris in 1975, Roxane studied Art History, specializing in Oceanian art at the “École du LOUVRE” – Louvre Museum Paris. She also Graduated from ‘’École supérieure de journalisme‘’ of Lille. Roxane joined France 3 where she started her career. 5 years later, she worked as a TV reporter for Canal+ and Public Sénat. specialized in political news.
In 2005 Roxane left Paris to work in BRUSSELS for 2 years as a press correspondent at the European Commission for European headlines, where she developed her expertise on sustainable and environmental issues. In 2007 she founded the website “Agir pour la planète”: dedicated to environmental information and sustainable development, best practices, pollution and health, biodiversity, energy and natural resources.
In 2012 she created “Saska production” and made documentary films. She has a background in environment and development, and on climate change. In 2019 Roxane created « PISTE VERTE » , a new American company based in Miami Florida from where she has written numerous scientific papers and mainstream publications, and her Book « THE PROMISED PLANET » recently published. In her spare time she works as an ambassador on various topics in societal impact and on new models for tackling environmental / political crises. She is currently designing http://www.actforyourplanet.com to facilitate knowledge-sharing and learning good practices all over the world to fight poverty and climate change.
