Yoga is a powerful tool for dealing with anxiety and stress. This workshop explores the physiology of anxiety and gives participants a repertoire of yoga tools to use both on the yoga mat and day-to-day. Students will leave with ideas about how to use specific yoga asanas to address symptoms of anxiety. This workshop is appropriate for all levels of practitioners.
