Learn how to handle and fold phyllo dough to craft the perfect triangle-shaped boereg turnover. This popular Armenian pastry is usually served as a savory appetizer. We’ll use original family recipes to make not only a traditional Armenian cheese boereg, but also a hearty kielbasa sausage and cabbage-filled one that can be served as a main course, and a sweet chocolate and pumpkin dessert variation. Please note: A list of ingredients will be included in your Registration Confirmation email.
