Offering a 3 course Prix Fixe Menu that’s sure to fan the flame
Chef Shayne Nunes has created a special menu for all the lovers out there with luscious menu items containing known aphrodisiacs. First course choices include buttermilk fried oysters, creamy truffled cauliflower soup, or roasted golden beets with honey beet pureé. For the main course, you can gaze into each other’s eyes while savoring filet mignon with truffle bordelaise, a grilled Statler chicken breast with a thyme-maple glaze, roasted Faroe Island salmon with apple-hazelnut crumble, or sweet potato spaetzle with warm maple cream. The three-course prix fixe is $45 a person with an added option of a mini seafood tower for two for $30.
Wine can be paired with all three courses for $20. A 2014 Riesling from Niederösterreich by Petra Unger will be paired with the first course, a 2014 Nebbiolo by Alessandro Rivetto from Langhe will go with the second course, and Kracher Beerenauslese, Late Harvest Welschriesling, from Austria will partner up with the dessert course.
For those who wish to forgo the whole love fest, they will also offer a more low-key “neighborhood menu” at the bar.
