Beacon Hill Friends House invites you to attend our Eighth Annual Mid-Summer Cookout on Saturday, July 13, from 12-4pm at the Beacon Hill Friends House, 8 Chestnut St, Boston, MA 02108
Friends, family, House alumni, neighbors, and others are all welcome to join the BHFH residents for this jubilant open house event for food, fellowship, and even some ping pong.
Potluck contributions of non-refrigerated side dishes, desserts, and snacks are appreciated but not required. (Please note this is an alcohol-free event.)
Vegetarian and vegan options will be served.
Accessibility: This open house event will take place throughout the public spaces at the Friends House, some of which are wheelchair accessible and some of which are not. Our largest indoor space, where we will have ping pong and a lot of food, is wheelchair accessible. If you have questions about accessibility, please email Emily at [email protected].
Beacon Hill Friends House is a cooperative intentional community of 22 residents, a nonprofit center for social justice and educational programming grounded in the Quaker tradition, and the home of Beacon Hill Friends Meeting (a Quaker congregation).
