Coming from a dance background and searching for a way to heal the back pain caused by long hours at the computer, Vered took her first yoga class in Israel. Initially intrigued by its effects, she didn’t develop a regular practice until a three-month journey through India. She began each morning with yoga, deepening her connection to the practice and experiencing its transformative power firsthand.

Vered quickly realized that yoga was more than physical movement—it became a source of physical and emotional healing. As a mother of three, she values how yoga cultivates stillness and presence, qualities she carries with her both on and beyond the mat.

After over twenty years of practice, Vered completed her 200-hour RYT at Stil Studio to deepen her understanding and share her passion with others. She especially enjoys offering hands-on assistance to help students refine their postures and connect more fully with their bodies. To Vered, yoga is about alignment, personal connection, and growth. She invites you to join her on the mat to explore how yoga can support and empower you.
