Bio

Sonya lives by the belief that we are all connected.  She started her journey as an artist, which awakened her interest in the healing properties of gemstones and crystals.  She continued to follow her curiosity to learn more about the metaphysical world around her.  After healing herself from a debilitating physical condition, Sonya then explored formal training in the mastery of Reiki to understand healing through energy.  She is multi-passionate and combines her love of energy work, nature, animals, gardening, art, dance, music, and human connection in everything she does. She is a glow getter and life force connector!
