Bio

I became the Chef and manager at Tarboosh, a shawarma restaurant where I mastered Mediterranean cooking techniques. It is a joy to cook for every customer at Tarboosh. In my time as restaurant manager, I have catered for prestigious institutions, hospitals, and Mayor Wu's Community Iftar in 2022. And now, I want to open my kitchen to inspire others in the art of Mediterranean cooking. My name is Shaina Buckley, and I was raised on a NH farm, where I grew up helping in the kitchen with my large family, which fostered my passion for cooking.
