Lorlatinib is the active component that can be found in Lorviqua. A very uncommon form of lung cancer known as anaplastic lymphoma kinase lung cancer can be treated with Lorviqua. This kind of lung cancer is caused by errors in a gene known as anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK).
