This is a virtual Zumba/Dance Cardio workout!

If you want to join me in a little virtual dance party and get a good workout in while having fun send me ([email protected]) your email and I will send you the link to the event. Once you have the email it will be good for every Wednesday night class.


Once you log into the class you will be placed in a "waiting room" I will then let you in shortly after. If you sign in late you will still be in the "waiting room" and I will let you in between songs.
