This is a fun virtual zumba/dance cardio workout class!


I created a playlist, I put together some moves and I ask you to follow along as best as you can! You go at our your pace. Once you've nailed the moves thats when you can tell yourself to push a little harder. We meet every Wedneday @ 6pm ready to dance!


all you need is your water bottle, a towel to wipe your sweat and the desire to keep moving!
