In honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Franklin Park Zoo and Stone Zoo will offer free admission on Monday, Jan. 18.


This is a wonderful opportunity to spend a memorable day with family and friends while learning about fascinating wildlife from all over the world!


Advance registration by January 17 at 4:00 p.m. required. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis due to capacity restrictions.

As part of our health and safety measures to manage capacity and guest flow, we have capacity limits per each half-hour time slot. Please present your confirmation email at the Admissions booth when you arrive at your chosen time slot. Guests should arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before their timeslot.


With the rising cases of COVID-19 and the continued concern for public health and safety, the Tropical Forest and Bird’s World buildings, the Franklin Farm barn, chicken coop and brooder building are temporarily closed to the public. Please be sure to review our health and safety guidelines prior to your visit to Franklin Park Zoo and Stone Zoo.
