Kids are invited to wear their favorite costume and trick-or-treat among the animals at Franklin Park Zoo! Thrills, chills, and animals lurk around every corner on the trick-or-treat trail, while other haunted happenings include creepy crafts, ghoulish games, and costume contests. Throughout the day, guests can learn about the importance of enrichment as they watch many of the animals snack on some tasty pumpkins, generously donated by Whole Foods Market.


Spooky Schedule of Events:


11:30 AM – Tapir chat
11:00 & 11:30 AM – Zookeeper Jake’s Puppet Show, located in Hippo Theater (SATURDAY ONLY)
12:00 & 2:00 PM – Costume contest
12:00 – 12:45 PM – Big Joe the Storyteller, located in Hippo Theater (SUNDAY ONLY)
1:00 PM – Howling contest
3:00 PM – Red panda chat
