Shop small, shop safe is the name of the game for Zone 3’s Window Shopping experience aimed to spark joy and highlight local makers and artists in the Boston community. Taking the Zone 3 Pop-Up Artist Shop to the streets, a curated series of merchandised windows and displays featuring over forty artists will be installed throughout the Western Ave corridor. The route will lead visitors on a unique and socially distanced shopping experience with stops from Allston to Harvard Square and will be up through December and January.
Zone 3 Window Shopping will provide an opportunity to support local artists by purchasing thoughtfully designed gifts this holiday season. Each stop will showcase artist-made products unique to each location, with the overarching theme of joy found in every display. Joy for shoppers and for gift receivers! Shoppers will be able to order their artist made goods on the spot by using QR codes found in the window displays. In addition to finding the perfect holiday present, shoppers will have the chance to grab a sheet of limited edition wrapping paper in the form of Art in Print (Volume 7) for only 25 cents, because artist made creations deserve to be wrapped in artist made paper!
