You Care. We Care. is an international non-profit offering essential services to children and families. We create in-country networks to offer fundamental needs like clothing, food clean water, and caregiver support. We also offer a path out of poverty through access to education, medical care, and specialized services in places where they are otherwise inaccessible.

YogaCares is a philanthropic way to share your yoga. By attending donation-based classes, hosting a yoga fundraiser or attending one of our service retreats you are giving back through your practice.


Fundraising through YogaCares provides yoga, mindfulness and wellness programs to the children and families in our program in Petit Riviere, Haiti.


For children, yoga builds strength and confidence and allows children affected by trauma and poverty, the ability to heal and build resiliency skills for the future.


Class donations go directly to the building and delivery of these programs. Suggested Donation 15+

Melissa Dlugolecki is the mother to Leyden Saige who would be 5 years old this February. Prior to Leyden, Melissa practiced yoga but it wasn't until after experiencing the powerful healing and transformation her mat offered her after losing her daughter, that she decided to pursue teaching. She is a Life Coach with a focus on grief and loss, ambassador for Boston Children's Hospital Marathon Team, (training for her 6th Boston Marathon!) and co-founder of MOVE. with Mooch & Mel; helping women detach from dieting and counting calories and reverse the symptoms of a dysfunctional gut. She is a 200 hour certified Yoga instructor from InnerStrength Studios and currently teaches for Yogaworks, Boston. Melissa brings an athletic flow with a focus on powerful transitions. Her classes offer space for students to create peace and calmness through challenge and adversity.
