Yogi Blossoms (girls ages 8-12 years) with Elizabeth Heller

This tween program will promote inner and outer strength through a mixture of
games, yoga sequences, restorative yoga postures, and deep relaxation. In this
safe, be yourself, no judgment environment, yoga can support tweens in finding
balance in their academic and personal development, in their busy schedules,
and their other athletic activities. Class beings with journaling and will incorporate community building yoga games and activities to enhance the fun and connection to our online yoga team!


Optional class supplies: yoga mat, yoga blocks, blanket, journal, writing
utensils such as pen, pencil, markers.
