Join us for our first collab class with Rumble Boxing! We are super excited to have them over to our studio to help us teach this 60 minute class. They are going start off with 30 minutes of shadow boxing and HIIT sequence to get you moving...then the last 30 minutes will be a gentle flow with deep stretches to cool down and recover.
