Are you a dedicated student looking to get your feet wet with more advanced poses? Or are you an experienced student looking for a refresher? In this workshop, Sarah & Paulina will break down the key elements of arm balances & deep backbends, helping you to build confidence, balance, and concentration. We’ll work on poses like handstands, koundinyasana, dancer, wheel, and scorpion - bring questions and enthusiasm!


Part 1: Dynamic warm-up and strength-building


Part 2: Building Towards Arm Balances: In this section we will warm up and break down each pose following a short break and Q&A. Poses included: Bakasana, Handstand, Forearmstand & Astavakrasana.


Part 3: Building Towards spinal extension: In this section we will warm up and break down each pose. Poses included: dancer, wheel, and scorpion.


Part 4: Cool Down & Extended Savasana
