Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training with Meredith Evangelisti
March 24-26 & March 30-April 2
Fridays 7:15-9:15pm, Saturdays & Sundays 1:30-5:30pm • South End
This two-weekend intensive (16 hours) is intended for any certified fitness professional or 200 Hour Yoga Teacher. The intention of this training is to:
- Provide you with the tools to sequence and teach a 45, 60, or 75-minute Yoga Sculpt class.
- Give yourself the ability to incorporate resistance training into your yoga classes safely.
- Train you to merge your knowledge of resistance training into a vinyasa yoga flow.
- Make yogis stronger and athletes more flexible!
