Our Yoga Sculpt Training is currently offered in our Harvard Square location as well as via Livestream.


November 3-5 & November 17-19, 2023


Strengthen your sequence & diversify your class offerings.


This two-weekend intensive (16 hours) is intended for any certified fitness professional or 200 Hour Yoga Teacher.


Meredith’s Yoga Sculpt is her signature blend of vinyasa yoga and strength training. Yoga Sculpt is a high intensity, high energy, musically-driven avenue to develop tremendous cardio and strength capacities.
