Join us in the South End store for an introductory yoga class followed by No-Mosas! Class will be led by Peter Sacco of BulldogFlowBoston. Pete is a 500 hour RYT and has taught yoga all over the Boston area and beyond for many years. Pete, who is in long-term recovery, believes strongly in the combined mental and physical benefits of yoga.


Yoga Session & NA Mixer:

Experience a beginner-friendly yoga class to relax your body and calm your mind. No prior experience needed—just bring a yoga mat and an open mind. After the yoga session, stick around for delicious No-Mosas.
