Get your body moving on your lunch-break in this 45-min Gentle Yoga Class in the Abbey Room of the Boston Public Library Central Library in Copley Square. Participants will be led slowly and mindfully through a variety of yoga poses, helping work out the work-day kinks. The pace is meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind.
Please bring your mat if you have one; some mats will be available for use during the class.
Hands to Heart Center’s (HTHC) Yoga 4 All Program shares the healing practice of yoga with Greater Boston’s low-income and under-resourced communities. HTHC yoga classes are designed to be culturally affirming, accessible, inclusive and inspiring—yoga classes in which anyone and everyone can participate.
